NOTE TO EMPLOYERS
Per the Rules and Regulations established by CENTAX GROUP under the authority of ACT 511 as amended by ACT 32, employers with 250 or more employees are required to file ELECTRONICALLY for Earned Income and Local Services Tax.
The Centax Twp/Borough/Municipality ID for Employer :
EIT(Earned Income tax) and LST(Local Services tax) : Should always be where Employer is located
The Centax Twp/Borough/Municipality ID for Employee :
EIT(Earned Income tax) : Where Employee resides
LST(Local Services tax) : Where Employee works
